ESP: Electronic filters for the removal of particulate matter

The Airzens model ESP range can be fitted into any HVAC systems within the existing filter frames

  • Operates constant at 6Pa to 20Pa pressure drop subject to velocity.
  • None- disposable and fully reusable
  • Reduces energy & Co2 emissions
  • Can effortlessly be installed into any AHU with little or no modifications.
  • Effective even un ultrafine particles (Pm 2.5).
  • Operates at E11 standard
  • Comes standard with sensor package

The Airzens ESP (Electrostatic Precipitator) filter is an air filtration technology that utilizes electrostatic charges to capture and eliminate particles from the air. It consists of charged plates and an ionizing section.

The ESP filter is designed to fit into a standard air handling unit without requiring modification and with minimal installation effort. The Airzens ESP has the same dimensions as conventional filters such as bag filters.

The Airzens ESP filters can achieve high filtration efficiencies ranging from 98% to 100%, depending on particle size and velocity. They are particularly effective against ultrafine particles in the PM 2.5 range.

Unlike conventional filters, the Airzens ESP filter is reusable. The collected particles can be easily cleaned and removed. This feature makes ESP filters more cost-effective in the long run compared to conventional filters that require frequent replacements.

The Airzens ESP filter offers lower pressure drops compared to other filter types. As a result, they have a minimal impact on the airflow and ventilation system of the building, leading to energy savings.
