Decentral air recirculation build into ceiling modules (CCS)

The Airzens Clean Ceiling (CCS) is built into a specially designed ceiling solutions. The Airzens Ceiling is a decentralized and sensor-based HVAC solution that can be applied for targeted ventilation, with the aim to reduce energy consumption and to improve indoor environments.

CCM:

  • Clean ceiling has the Airzens ESC filtration integrated into ceiling
  • Is available with a cooling coil modules and gas catalysts
  • Airzens sensor and control system, ensuring continuous optimization of air quality and energy usage decentral.

This filtration system is especially beneficial for:

  • Reducing ventilation costs
  • Reduces or removes smell
  • sensitive areas
  • laboratories,
  • Patient rooms,
  • High-traffic areas
  • Buildings with a under-dimensioned ventilation systems.

The Airzens Clean Ceiling (CCM) offers an aesthetically pleasing and efficient decentralized clean air solution that eliminates the need for standalone air cleaners or the rebuilding of the central ventilation unit.

This CCM system effectively removes both particles using the Airzens ESP and gaseous pollutants using the Airzens ESC solution. Additionally, the CCS ceiling can be equipped with a coil module for comprehensive decentralized air handling.

The building management system (BMS) continuously monitors CO2 levels and delivers the appropriate amount of ambient air, while the Clean Ceiling (CCS) system ensures decentralized control over air quality.

By utilizing the Clean Ceiling CCM, significant energy and CO2 savings can be achieved as less air movement is required within the building. Furthermore, the system enables the reuse of pre-conditioned air, whether it has been cooled or heated.

The Clean Ceiling CCM system is overseen by the Airzens sensor and control system, ensuring continuous optimization of air quality and energy usage. Additionally, the system provides operators with service alerts to facilitate timely maintenance
